For most sublimation cups, the defect is some type of ghosting that occurred on the cup. It is still 100% usable, the design just has some ghosting that is shown in the pictures. All glass cups will still come with a lid and straw. Mugs will come as is. Tumblers will come with their lid and straw as well.
